Privacy policy

Last updated 7 November 2026

This policy explains what personal information RevOpsn collects when you use our website, our app and the services around them, why we collect it, who helps us process it, and the choices you have.

We've written it to be read. Each section starts with a short summary, and the details follow.

01Who we are

In shortRevOpsn helps brands find what's working on TikTok and turn it into posts of their own.

RevOpsn ("we", "us") runs the website at revopsn.com and the app at app.revopsn.com. We decide how and why your personal information is used, so for data protection purposes we are its controller.

If you use RevOpsn as part of a team, the account owner who invited you decides which brands you can see and what you can do. We still handle your own information as this policy describes.

02What we collect

In shortWhat you give us, what we learn from the website you enter, and how you use the app.

Information you give us

  • Account details: your name and email address, and your Google profile name and email if you sign in with Google. We never ask for or store a password.
  • Your brand: the website you enter, and what we and you write about the brand: what it sells, who it's for, its niche, goal, tone and colours.
  • What you make: posts, captions, drafts, ratings, chats with the coach, and the photos, logos and files you upload to your Library or use for a character.
  • Your team: the email addresses of people you invite, and what each of them is allowed to do.
  • Billing: your plan and billing history. Stripe collects your card details directly; we never see or store your full card number.
  • Messages: what you write when you email us.

Information from the website you enter

When you start, we read the public pages of the website you give us (its homepage, about and pricing pages) to suggest your brand's name, colours, niche, goal and tone. We only read what any visitor could see.

Information collected as you use RevOpsn

  • Usage: which pages and buttons you use, so we can see what works and what doesn't.
  • Device and connection: your browser, device type and IP address, which we use for security, error reports and to stop abuse.
  • Error reports: what went wrong when something breaks, so we can fix it.

03Your TikTok account

In shortOnly what you approve when you connect, used only to post and report for you. Disconnect any time.

Connecting TikTok is optional. When you connect, TikTok asks you to approve what RevOpsn may do. We ask only for what the app needs:

  • post videos and photo slideshows to your account, with the settings you confirm for each post;
  • read your profile name and picture, to show which account a post will go to;
  • read your follower and like counts;
  • read the views, likes, comments and shares of your posts, to show you what's working.

We never post without your confirmation, and we don't use your TikTok data for anything other than these features. We don't sell it, and we don't use it to advertise to you.

You can disconnect TikTok at any time from Settings in the app, or remove RevOpsn's access from your TikTok app settings. When you disconnect, we stop reading from your account and delete the access TikTok gave us.

Trending posts by other creators are shown through TikTok's own embedded player, with the creator's name. We don't download or keep copies of their videos.

04How we use it

In shortTo run the service you signed up for, keep it safe, bill you, and make it better.

  • To provide RevOpsn: to set up your brand, suggest and make posts, schedule and send them to TikTok, and show you how they did. This is necessary to deliver the service you asked for.
  • To bill you: to run your trial, plan, credits and invoices.
  • To talk to you: sign-in codes and links, receipts, notices about your posts, and answers to your messages. We send product news only if you ask for it, and every such email has a way out.
  • To keep things safe: to prevent fraud and abuse, enforce our terms, and protect our users and systems.
  • To improve the service: to understand which features help and fix what doesn't, mostly from usage and error reports.
  • To meet legal duties: for example keeping tax and billing records.

Where the law asks for a legal basis, we rely on performing our contract with you, our legitimate interests in running a safe and useful service, your consent where we ask for it, and our legal obligations.

05AI and your content

In shortAI services write and make content for you. They get only what each task needs, and they don't train on it.

RevOpsn uses AI services to write posts, run the coach, and make images, characters and video clips. To do that, they receive what a task needs: your brand profile, your chats and post text, image and video prompts, and the photos you add for a character.

We use these services through their business offerings, under terms that don't allow them to train their models on the data we send. The services we use are listed in the next section.

The content made for you is yours to use, as our terms describe. Whether it's shared with other brands is up to you; see the next section.

06Content you make and the shared pool

In shortOn unless you turn it off. Only the made video and its script, never your brand's own material. Turn it off any time in Settings.

Over time, we're building a shared pool of videos that brands on RevOpsn can start from, so good ideas don't have to be made from scratch each time. Your videos join it unless you turn sharing off.

What's shared

  • Shared: a video RevOpsn made for you, and the script it was made from.
  • Never shared: your logo, product photos, uploads and Library files, your brand profile, your TikTok account, or anything that identifies your account or team.

Another brand that starts from a shared video makes its own version, with its own brand, products and wording. We leave out videos that show your logo, products or brand name, and videos made with a character built from photos you added.

Your choice

Sharing is on by default, and we tell you about it when you sign up. You can turn it off at any time in Settings. While it's off, nothing you make is added.

When you turn it off, we take your videos out of the pool, so no one new can start from them. Versions other brands already made from them are their own work and stay with them.

07Who we share it with

In shortWe don't sell your personal information. These services help us run the product, each with only what it needs.

We share personal information only with the services below, each for the purpose shown and under a contract that limits what they can do with it. We may also disclose information if the law requires it, to protect people's safety or our rights, or as part of selling or reorganising our business, in which case this policy keeps applying to it.

Some of these services are based outside your country, including in the United States. Where that happens, we rely on the safeguards the law provides for international transfers, such as standard contractual clauses.

08Cookies and browser storage

In shortSmall files that keep you signed in, remember your choices, and tell us which features get used.

  • Essential: keeping you signed in, and remembering an unfinished setup in your browser for up to 7 days so you can pick it up again.
  • Preferences: your light or dark theme.
  • Analytics: which pages and buttons are used, through PostHog.

You can clear these in your browser's settings at any time. If you clear essential storage, you'll be signed out and an unfinished setup will be lost.

09How long we keep it

In shortWhile your account is open, then we delete it, except what the law makes us keep.

We keep your information for as long as your account is open, because we need it to provide the service.

When you delete your account, we delete your brands, projects and Library files, disconnect TikTok and cancel your plan. Posts already published stay on TikTok, because they belong to your TikTok account; you can remove them there.

We keep billing and tax records for as long as the law requires, and we may keep limited information where we need it to resolve a dispute or prevent abuse.

10Your choices and rights

In shortSee, correct, export or delete your information, and object to how we use it.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • access the personal information we hold about you, and get a copy;
  • correct it if it's wrong;
  • delete it;
  • object to, or ask us to limit, how we use it;
  • take it with you to another service;
  • withdraw consent you've given, at any time.

You can change your profile and settings in the app, disconnect TikTok from Settings, and the account owner can delete the account from Settings → Your profile. For anything else, email support@revopsn.com. We'll reply within one working day and act on your request within the time the law allows. We may need to confirm it's you first.

If you think we've handled your information badly, please tell us so we can put it right. You can also complain to the data protection authority where you live.

11Keeping it safe

In shortEncryption, limited access, and no passwords to steal.

We protect your information with encryption in transit, access limited to the people and services that need it, and sign-in by email code, link or Google rather than passwords. Access to TikTok and our providers uses keys we keep on our servers, never in your browser.

No system is perfectly secure. If a breach affects your information, we'll tell you and the authorities as the law requires.

12Children

In shortRevOpsn is for businesses and adults.

RevOpsn is a tool for businesses and is not meant for anyone under 18. We don't knowingly collect information from children. If you think a child has given us personal information, email support@revopsn.com and we'll delete it.

13Changes to this policy

In shortWe'll tell you before anything important changes.

We'll update this policy as RevOpsn changes. The date at the top shows the latest version. If we make a change that matters, we'll tell you by email or in the app before it takes effect.
