Terms of service

If you use RevOpsn for a company or other organisation, you agree to these terms on its behalf and confirm you're allowed to. In that case "you" means the organisation.

You must be at least 18 to use RevOpsn.

You sign in with a code or link sent to your email, or with Google. Keep access to that email safe: anyone who can read it can sign in as you.

The account owner can invite team members and choose what each one may do. The owner is responsible for what their team does in the account, and for the plan and billing.

Give us accurate details, and tell us at support@revopsn.com if you think someone has got into your account.

• Free trial. Every plan starts with a 72-hour free trial. We ask for a card at the start. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your plan starts and your card is charged.
• Renewal. Plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period, at the price shown when you subscribed, until you cancel.
• Payments. Stripe processes payments for us. Prices are shown before you pay, and taxes are added where they apply.
• Changing plan. You can move to another plan in Settings → Plan and billing. What you pay is shown before you confirm.
• Price changes. If we change the price of your plan, we'll tell you in advance, and the new price applies from your next renewal. You can cancel before then.
• Refunds. Payments aren't refundable except where the law requires, but if something went wrong, email support@revopsn.com and we'll look at it fairly.

Your plan includes credits each billing period, and you can buy more as top-ups. Making new images, videos, remixes and some AI steps use credits. Anything that uses credits shows its price before you confirm, and nothing is charged until you do.

• Included credits are used first and expire when your plan renews.
• Credits you buy roll over while your account is open.
• If something fails to make, the credits for it are returned.
• Credits have no cash value and can't be transferred or exchanged for money.

"Your content" means what you upload or enter (brand details, photos, logos, files, prompts and messages) and what RevOpsn makes for you from it.

You keep the rights you have in your content. You give us a limited permission to host, process, change the format of, and send your content, only to provide and improve RevOpsn for you and as our privacy policy describes. This permission ends when your content is deleted, except for content already posted or shared at your request.

You confirm that you have the rights to what you upload, including people's permission where they appear in photos you use, and that your content doesn't break the law or anyone else's rights.

RevOpsn may offer a shared pool of videos that brands can start from. Sharing is on by default, we tell you about it when you sign up, and you can turn it off at any time in Settings.

While sharing is on, you give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to add the videos RevOpsn makes for you, and the scripts they were made from, to the pool, and to let other RevOpsn customers use them as a starting point for their own content. This licence never covers your logo, product photos, uploads, Library files, brand profile or account details, or videos made with a character built from photos you added, and we don't name you or your brand to other customers.

You can turn sharing off at any time. From then on, nothing new is added, and we remove your videos from the pool so no one new can start from them. Content other customers already made from them before you turned sharing off is theirs, and the licence continues for that content.

Only share videos you have the right to share. We may leave any video out of the pool.

RevOpsn uses AI to write and make content. AI can get things wrong, and similar suggestions can be made for other people. Check facts, claims, prices and anything about health, money or the law before you publish, and edit what doesn't fit your brand.

Trend insights show what has worked for other accounts. They aren't a promise of views, followers or sales.

Where TikTok's rules ask for AI-made content to be labelled, follow them; RevOpsn shows the labels TikTok offers when you post.

When you connect TikTok, you allow RevOpsn to post and read the information described in our privacy policy. We send a post only after you confirm its settings. A post you haven't confirmed waits at its time and is never sent.

Your use of TikTok is also covered by TikTok's own terms and community guidelines, including its rules on music and branded content. You're responsible for what you post. TikTok may refuse, limit or remove posts, and its service can change or be unavailable; we're not responsible for TikTok's decisions.

Trending posts by other creators are shown through TikTok's embedded player for inspiration. Don't copy them: RevOpsn is built to help you make original posts of your own.

When you use RevOpsn, don't:

• post or make anything illegal, misleading, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, or that infringes someone's rights;
• pretend to be another person or brand, or post for an account you aren't allowed to manage;
• use it for spam, fake engagement or anything that breaks TikTok's rules;
• scrape, copy or resell the service, or use it to build a competing product;
• try to get around limits, credits or security, or put an unreasonable load on our systems;
• share your account outside your team or let others use your sign-in.

We may remove content or limit an account that breaks these rules, and we'll tell you why unless the law or safety stops us.

We own RevOpsn, including its software, design, name and logo. These terms give you the right to use the service; they don't give you ownership of it.

We keep improving RevOpsn, so features may change. If we remove something important you pay for, we'll tell you in advance. If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them without owing you anything.

You can cancel your plan or trial at any time in Settings → Plan and billing. Cancelling stops the next charge, and you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for. The account owner can delete the account from Settings → Your profile, which deletes your brands, projects and Library files.

We may suspend or close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms, puts others at risk, or doesn't pay. Where we can, we'll warn you first and give you a chance to put it right.

We provide RevOpsn with reasonable care and skill. Apart from that, and as far as the law allows, it's provided "as is": we don't promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that your posts will reach a particular audience or result.

As far as the law allows, we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, revenue, data or reputation, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer where those apply.

We may update these terms as RevOpsn changes. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change matters, we'll tell you by email or in the app before it takes effect. If you don't agree, you can cancel before then; if you keep using RevOpsn, the new terms apply.
